Redeveloping Paces Campus
The long term objective of High Green Development Trust is to redevelop the Paces Campus 5-acre site. We will significantly increase the range of different types of space available to existing and prospective tenants.
Within the new and refurbished accommodation space, Paces Campus will begin to offer different services, facilities and opportunities for the community to work and do business.
The business model for the Trust's development of Paces Campus is innovative and bold. The enterprise draws on a vision for the delivery of public services in the community in partnership with local people in High Green and Chapeltown.
