High Green Development Trust

High Green Development Trust (HGDT) is a co-operative partnership registered as an Industrial and Provident Society, Mformed by the groups working in Paces Campus Community Centre. HGDT is responsible for the management, maintenance, promotion and development of Paces Campus as a resource contributing to the economic and social renewal of High Green.

HGDT provides:

Service Provision - Managing a community building. Providing administration and reception services to tenants. Cleaning and maintenance.
Resourcing - Helping people to bring money and opportunities into the neighbourhood, e.g. car boot sales. Support and development of enterprises, including marketing support.
Supporting Community Organisations - Helping groups to develop their skills, organisation, representation and involvement.
Strengthening Community Participation - Bringing local people together through community events and encouraging local people to use the Campus.
Business Development Support - Providing value for money accommodation to small and medium-sized companies and offering support and advice to enable their business to grow.
